Signed and dated at base. Handcrafted painted wood whirlpool kinetic whirligig depicts a carved man wearing a red shirt and black hat seated inside a yellow wooden boat, operating a pair of oars. A white sheet sail is mounted at the bow, while the stern features a vibrant four-blade propeller painted in yellow, red, and turquoise with decorative red star motifs that drive the rowing mechanism when spun by the wind. The entire assemblage is elevated on a white wooden rod post connected to a square display base.
